RedSence respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your data.

We only collect user authentication information (username and password) and device-related data required to connect, configure, and operate the RedSence system. No unnecessary personal information is collected.

The app connects to the RedSence device via local Wi-Fi and allows the device to send traffic analytics data to the server through an internet connection. The app then retrieves and displays this data for authorized users.

User data and device data are never shared, sold, or transferred to third parties. No analytics, advertising, or tracking tools are used.

The app may use your device’s location solely to detect and connect to nearby RedSence devices. Location data is not stored or shared.

You can remove associated data at any time by resetting or removing the RedSence device or account access.
